Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this timeframe, your order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.
Orders canceled within 24 hours will be refunded within 7 business days.

We are confident in the quality of CROLARA products. We encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to fully experience the benefits.
If you are still not satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Fill out the Contact Form on our website, or Email us directly at contactcrolara@gmail.com including your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used when placing the order.

Damaged Items

We carefully package all orders to avoid damage during transit.
An item is considered damaged only if it is defective or physically broken.
Packaging damage (dented boxes, etc.) with products still intact does not qualify as damage.
If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contactcrolara@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage.
Eligible items will be replaced at no extra cost.

Please note: We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

We always strive for timely delivery. However, CROLARA is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and we are not informed within 24 hours, we cannot offer resends or refunds.
